Challenge: Better insight in Diversity and Talent Management
Our client wanted to analyze and monitor their performance in HRM Diversity and Talent Management. They chose TIBCO Spotfire to create dashboards for this insight. As Devoteam already had a relation with this client and has great knowledge of Spotfire with lots of certified experts and extensive experience, we were asked to help them set up HR Analytics.

The solution created was a BI dashboard (TIBCO Spotfire), offering our client’s HRM professionals better possibilities to analyze HRM data on different aspects (Diversity, Talent management & Growth). We also educated specific HRM experts in implementing Self Service BI. A challenge was how to solve the several data quality issues and combine data from various data sources. The project resulted in satisfied HRM professionals because of the created HR Analytics solution including the ability the analyze the HRM performance in Diversity and Talent Management (by monitoring on several KPI’s).
