What is your role at Devoteam?
- Senior Program Manager/Account Delivery Manager for our client De Watergroep in Belgium.
- Internal: Coach/Mentor/Inspirator/Focus group (improvements of various processes) / CI/CD (Continuous Improver/Continuous Discuss).
What is the achievement at Devoteam that you are most proud of?
A positive end to 2020 with a good operating result. This despite a significant impact on our customers and a worldwide pandemic, a great achievement for our entire company! In addition, I am most proud of a major successful migration of the central ESB platform at a large chemical group (sort of IT open-heart operation) and of course my current Team, which has been providing a satisfied customer with a large number of integrations and end-to-end solutions for more than 5 years. -end monitoring with many dozens of dashboards.
What is your favorite technology?
In terms of technology, there are currently three: Quantum Computing, superconductivity at room temperature and battery technology. I think these three will bring about drastic changes in our society in the next 5-10 years.
If you had to choose again and you couldn’t go into IT for work, what would you do?
presumably leading a Cold-Case Team at Justice. I have been working on creative solutions to complex issues for over 40 years, I have a lot of patience, contacts/network, I am determined and I am always looking for new opportunities.
