Training: Jira Administration Part 1 & 2

The Jira Administration training course lasts two days and consists of two parts:

The first part covers essential Jira administrator tasks, including configuration, user management, permissions, project creation, workflow updates and product access. Suitable for new Jira administrators, with recommendation for prior Jira experience or the ‘Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset’ training.

The second part is a continuation of the first part and focuses on more complex administrative tasks, such as creating custom project templates based on organizational requirements. Guided by our experienced trainer(s) and using theory and exercises in your own learning environment, we will help you get started. Suitable for Cloud and Data customers.
