The challenge

A Client’s challenge was to achieve a fully digital, omnichannel experience that enhances business value. A holistic transformation of multiple domains within the organization was intended to achieve and deliver value based on the fast launch of new customer journeys. They wanted to improve their customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales KPIs within an omnichannel engagement, based on a customer-centric (360 degree), and data-driven approach.

The Solution

As a MuleSoft partner, we identified the business objects and mapped them to standard objects within Salesforce, so that all business entities and associated data are standardized across the organization. The data is always synchronized between all Salesforce Cloud solutions to enhance customer relationships and experience. Sales channels are enabled by integrating Salesforce Clouds (SFCC, SFSC, SFMC) with downstream systems for order fulfillment, master data management, data warehouse management, etc.
