Manager of the recruitment team and also recruiter for the sector public team.
What is the achievement at Devoteam that you are most proud of?
Built my own team that I am very happy with. With whom I work with every day and together we hire the best people for Devoteam.
What is the best part of your role?
That I help candidates find a very nice job and also think about their career. Making people happy with new work is the most fun. And achieve and celebrate successes together with my team.
If you had to choose again and you couldn’t go into IT for work, what would you do?
Then as an adventurer/world traveler/photographer or journalist I would travel the world to discover new places, meet new people and learn about other cultures and languages is a great hobby. I would prefer to make that my job. But maybe I would have been a cook too, then I would have a bar somewhere on a beach in a faraway exotic place or in the mountains. And psychology has always attracted me, understanding and understanding people. So maybe I had become a psychologist.
