The new building is located amidst technology partners and the region is expected to grow into the “high-tech area” of Amsterdam in the coming years. With this new office, Devoteam takes hybrid working to the next level and offers a unique working environment specifically designed to meet the needs of its employees.
No traditional 9-to-5 mentality
The new office was created from the vision that an attractive work environment is essential to maintaining a connection with employees and strengthening the corporate culture. It is considered a meeting place and home away from home, where the traditional 9-to-5 mentality is completely abandoned. While it is still possible to spend full workdays in the office, there are also flexible zones where employees can come and go based on their schedule and needs. This makes the new building perfectly reflect Devoteam’s culture of trust and impact.

The office in Amsterdam Nieuw-West was designed with attention to detail, with carefully chosen color schemes and design to provide employees with optimal workspaces.
