Paris, January 29th, 2024 – Devoteam, the IT consultancy company with over 12,000 experts in the EMEA region, building on strong partnerships with cloud platforms such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, appoints Gert Jan van Halem as Chief Technology Officer.
Devoteam Group appoints a strong leader who has consistently demonstrated his technological knowledge and experience in recent years. Prior to taking on the role of CTO at Devoteam Netherlands, Gert Jan held diverse positions, ranging from Senior Consultant at TMNS to serving as an Business Architect at Rabobank in the Netherlands. Besides his previous work experiences, he has played a leading role in building and animating a community of the best tech leaders within Devoteam. Lastly, Gert Jan was jointly responsible for the publication of TechRadar, a yearly publication categorizing 150 technologies to adopt (or not) in the complex digital world.
Gert Jan will be responsible for technological choices in Devoteam’s upcoming strategic plan (2024-2028). Additionally, he will be involved in the design of TechRadar 2024 and will continue his strong engagement in the animation of tech leaders within Devoteam.
My driving force is to harness the potential of technology and collaborate with my colleagues across 18 countries in EMEA to deliver valuable solutions for our clients.
