What is your role at Devoteam?
I am Jaganath Baskaran. I started working at Devoteam around June 1st 2021 as a Consultant in the Integration unit. I have professional experience as a Consultant, Designer and Senior Developer related to design. I have also been involved in the development, implementation and testing of Enterprise applications (EAI-Middleware) using various integration technologies. In addition, I have an interest in Cloud architecture and services.
What is the achievement at Devoteam that you are most proud of?
I feel like Devoteam is the right place to realize my future career advancements. I am able to approach other colleagues very easily and everyone is helpful in sharing their knowledge. Devoteam helps me grow my technical skills and provides more support for employees’ career aspirations. I have developed strong skills in teamwork and have built a reputation as a key contributor through problem-solving and decision-making skills. As a team player, I collaborate with colleagues and look for ways to integrate valuable insights. These qualities give me confidence in my ability to facilitate positive change and collective effort.
What is your favorite technology?
Integration – MuleSoft and Tibco
What are the most important skills you need for your position?
Personally, I believe identifying business requirements and improving solutions to business challenges are activities that drive and inspire me. Exploration, pursuit and motivation is my framework for success. I believe that a fresh perspective and trying out new techniques help companies evolve and grow. My goal is to be at the forefront of industrial developments and futuristic digital technologies.
If you had to choose again and you couldn’t go into IT for work, what would you do?
I would probably spend more time farming to learn more about the life in which we harvest and grow our own food. Besides, because of the pandemic and working from home, I have now become a great cook. South Indian style biryani is my signature dish you must try.
