18:30 – 19:00 Introduction to Kubernetes – Stephan Rademacher (Any Skill Level)
In this talk we will look at what a container is, what Kubernetes is, why we need it, and will get familiar with Kubernetes terms and concepts.
19:00-19:30 Getting your feet wet in Kubernetes – Gopal Ramachandran (Any Skill Level)
We will get a bird’s-eye view of the cloud-native ecosystem the center of which is Kubernetes. We will explore a way to take first steps in Kubernetes with Google Cloud Platform.
19:30-20:00 Deep dive into Kubernetes with OpenShift – Adnan Drina (Beginner Skill Level)
In this live demo we will see OpenShift in action. OpenShift is a complete Platform-as-a-service solution from Red Hat built upon Kubernetes.
