Discovery

If you are just starting your Atlassian journey with us, or are adding a new product or integration to your estate, the discovery process will perform an in-depth analysis of your current state and requirements. We will work with you to perform workshops with key stakeholders to understand your desired outcomes and create a detailed implementation plan and roadmap.

Health Check

The health check is a high-level analysis of your current implementation. The output of the health check will be a document containing the findings, risks, issues, dependencies and so on. It will also contain various recommendations on improvements to, or reworks of, the implementation, following best practices and industry standards.

License Assessment

Are you looking to scale up or down? This report will consider how upgrades or downgrades to licenses or user-tiering will impact your functionality, ways of working and costs.

Using Atlassian’s migration approach, we will work with you through the Assess Phase. This enables us to give a more accurate estimation of the effort involved in completing the migration with our recommended migration approach.
